Mealtime with children can be hard! Picky eating and strong-willed personalities can make us feel worried and stressed about eating with our kids. Join us for a Children’s Nutrition Workshop with Anya Gendal, Children’s Integrated Services (CIS) Family Support Home Visitor and Child and Family Nutritionist at The Family Place. At this online workshop, you will learn strategies for picky eating, the nutritional needs of your children, and ideas on how to make mealtime fun again!
