The Family Place delivers comprehensive programs designed to strengthen positive relationships, teach essential skills and promote enduring healthy growth for families with young children in the Upper Valley and surrounding communities.

During the holidays, area businesses often approach The Family Place about sponsoring a family. A gift card to a grocery store can help put a holiday meal on the table; gas cards can make it possible for a family to be together; and presents under the tree can help a child believe in magic for a little while longer.
This year we are very grateful to Our Lady of the Snows in Woodstock, Vt. which sponsored nine families by providing them with gifts and food baskets. Dartmouth Medical School and Dartmouth College also sponsored families this year.
The members of these organizations helped make the holidays brighter for several Upper Valley families who face economic hardship. Thank you, and Happy New Year!
