Please join us in congratulating our 2023 Unsung Heroes of Windsor County, Vt!
Honored during the annual Shield Our Children from Harm Conference, these heroes were recognized for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to the safety and well-being of children in Vermont. Shield Our Children from Harm is a collaborative effort between the Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) of the Child Protection Program at Dartmouth-Health Children’s and The Family Place CACs. “Janet is the lead SANE Coordinator for the state of NH, and she is the ‘go to’ person often asked to testify or provide input on various legislative initiatives in both NH and VT. Those are just the hats we know about, and I suspect there are many, many more. I often wonder how she has time for anything in her personal life or, perhaps the question is how much more does she juggle in that role?
