19th Annual Gingerbread Festival

Featuring LIVE and VIRTUAL Activities

Celebrate the Holiday Season
& Support The Family Place

To keep everyone safe again this year, our festival will happen over several weeks.

Throughout the pandemic, The Family Place has continued to offer responsive opportunities to help families and young children thrive.

HOLIDAY AUCTION

Support Upper Valley families and Place bids now on the wonderful items and unique experiences donated by local businesses and generous community members! The fabulous items include gift baskets, artwork, vacation options and more! Your winning bids and purchases will support The Family Place and our vital programs for families in the Upper Valley.

CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY ACTIVITY BAGS
Available for free to families with young children!

Activity bags include a wooden ornament for decorating, a gingerbread cookie from King Arthur Baking Company (with an icing recipe), coloring and activity pages as well as a location list for families to find and view the gingerbread houses on display throughout the Upper Valley. Activity bags are available for pick up (while supplies last) at The Family Place’s front office Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please limit one per child. Activities are designed for children up to the age of 6.

GINGERBREAD HOUSE
DISPLAY AND AUCTION

Once again this year, gingerbread houses were on display throughout the Upper Valley.

The delicious-looking creations made by local artisans and families were displayed in windows or other visible places in businesses and organizations in Norwich and White River Junction in Vermont; Hanover, Lebanon and West Lebanon in NH. The online auction of the houses ended on Wednesday, 12/8/2021 at 8:00 pm.
