Part-time Children’s Integrated Services Family Support Home Visitor
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Parent Child Center team of professionals working with young children and their families. Our Family Support Home Visitors offer support and education to parents throughout northern Windsor County– promoting well-being and building on family strengths. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with major work in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or other related human services field, experience working with children and families and experience with home visiting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills; demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams; possess knowledge of family issues and Upper Valley community resources; and have the ability to be organized, maintain quality professional documentation and file reports in a timely manner.

Part-time Developmental Educator and Service Coordinator
Join our energetic Parent Child Center team of professionals serving families with young children. We have an immediate opening for a 24 hour CIS-Early Intervention position. We offer competitive salary and benefits in a great work environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional to develop and implement specialized instruction and service coordination for families of children birth-3 through home-based or childcare settings who are experiencing cognitive, physical, communication, social/ emotional or adaptive delays. This is a blended caseload position requiring early interventionist skills as a developmental educator, service coordinator, and providing family support to families who are facing complex stresses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with major work in Special Education, Early Education, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Child Development and a minimum of two years of home visiting, social work or related experience, experience working with young children and their families, and strong ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team of health, education, and social services professionals.
