'Tis the season for The Family Place to take a rest. We will be closed Monday, December 24 through Tuesday, January 1.  All programs and playgroups will be suspended during this time. We will reopen on Wednesday, January 2. We wish all our friends and neighbors a happy and healthy New Year!

Our Tenth Annual Gingerbread Festival was a huge success! We displayed nearly 70 gingerbread houses made by members of our community. Over 800 people visited our Festival to listen to music by the Valley Chords, engage in children's crafts like decorating cookies, shop at our Gingerbread Store and have lunch at our Gingerbread cafe.
